Intellectual Property Statement’ definition
Intellectual Property Statement’ means the statement prescribing ownership and licensing of the Intellectual Property (as defined in the Intellectual Property Statement in the Statement of Work) in the Mekon Deliverables and the Customer Deliverables, subject to any change thereto effected by Change Order.
