Intellectual Property Fee definition

Intellectual Property Fee means a one-time, non-refundable fee of percent (_%) of the Contract Cost Limitation, per Field of Use, payable by COMPANY to GTRC as specified in Section 4 (Compensation and Expenses; Contract Cost Limitation) and Section 9 of this Agreement.

  • The Licensed Intellectual Property Fee, the Exclusive Territorial Rights Royalty Fee and the Services Fee are sometimes referred collectively herein as "Royalties".
