Intellectual Property Application definition
Intellectual Property Application means all United States, international and foreign: (i) patent applications (including provisional applications); (ii) applications to register trademarks, intent to use applications, or other applications related to trademarks; (iii) applications for copyright registration; and (iv) applications to register or record any other Company Intellectual Property.
