Intellectual Outputs definition

Intellectual Outputs means all open access, innovative, impactful, tangible and substantial in quality and quantity deliverables and elaborate materials required to be provided by the Parties according to Appendix B.

Examples of Intellectual Outputs in a sentence

  • As progress reports’ due dates, as set in Annex II, do not coincide with the end dates for the implementation of tasks related to Intellectual Outputs, the above provision shall be linked to the nearest and following in time progress report submitted by the Partner Organisation and approved by the Coordinator.

  • The content of the Intellectual Outputs developed under the Project will be provided by the contracting parties.

  • These costs can be used under the "Intellectual Outputs" budget item only if applied for and approved by the NA, as specified in Annex II.

  • The Partner is allowed to transfer up to 20% of the funds allocated for Project management and implementation, Transnational Project Meetings, Intellectual Outputs, Multiplier Events, Learning, Teaching and Training Activities to any other budget category with the exception of the budget categories Project management and implementation costs and Exceptional costs and only after written agreement (e-mail or paper) with Coordinator.

  • Due to the fact that big part of the project activities could be only be implemented online, the workload in the Intellectual Outputs was increased because of production of additional videos and multimedia presentations.

  • The beneficiaries are allowed to transfer up to 20% of the funds allocated for each of the following budget categories: Project management and implementation, Transnational Project Meetings, Intellectual Outputs, Multiplier Events, Learning/teaching/training activities and Exceptional costs to any other budget category with the exception of the budget categories Project management and implementation and Exceptional costs.

  • IV.2.3.2 In the period between 01/10/2021 and 31/10/2022 and in cases when and if implemented in compliance with the rules set out in Annex III, the Partner Organisation incurs any eligible cost in relation to producing Intellectual Outputs, the coordinator shall pay 80% of the total amount allocated, as specified for the given activity/task in Annex II.
