Executive will promptly disclose to Employer and furnish to Employer a complete record of every discovery, invention, improvement, innovation, design, or work (any "Intellectual Development") that Executive may make or create, whether individually or with others, while Executive is employed by Employer.
For a period of time up to five years from Employee’s last date of employment with Employer, Employee shall, without expense to Employee, give such true information and testimony at reasonable times and places upon prior notice, under oath if requested, as may be requested by Employer or its designees relative to any Intellectual Development described in Section 7 above.
