Intel Proprietary Product means Intel Compatible Processors, Intel Architecture Emulators, Intel Compatible Compilers, any product that implements an Intel Processor Bus, and Intel Compatible Chipsets.
Intel Proprietary Product means Intel Processors, Intel Compatible Processors, Intel Architecture Emulators, Intel Compatible Compilers, Intel Compatible Chipsets, any product that contains or implements any Intel Processor Bus, and Flash Memory Products. For clarity, the presence of a Third Party Proprietary Processor in a product that qualifies as an Intel Proprietary Product in the absence of such Third Party Proprietary Processor shall not prevent such product from being an Intel Proprietary Product. Intel Proprietary Product means Intel Processors, Intel Compatible Processors, Intel Architecture Emulators, Intel Compatible Compilers, Intel Compatible Chipsets, any product that contains or implements any Intel Processor Bus, and Flash Memory Products. For clarity, the presence of a Third Party Proprietary Processor in a product that qualifies as an Intel Proprietary Product in the absence of such Third Party Proprietary Processor shall not prevent such product from being an Intel Proprietary Product.
Intel Proprietary Product means any Processor sold as an Intel product that (a) contains or implements any Intel Processor Bus or (b) is compatible (pin-for-pin, pad-for-pad, or by other means not requiring significant reengineering, as the case may be) with the Physical Interface of any Intel Processor, where the Physical Interface of such Intel Processor was first (as between AMD and Intel) made publicly available on an Intel Processor.
Intel Proprietary Product means Integrated Circuits (except Numerical Integrated Circuit Portions), Integrated Circuit Manufacturing Process Technology, INTEL/NUMERICAL CONFIDENTIAL Intel Compatible Processors, Intel Architecture Emulators, Intel Compatible Compilers, Intel Compatible Chipsets, Intel Interfaces (including Intel Processor Buses) and Flash Memory Products.
