INTEL MICROPROCESSOR definition

INTEL MICROPROCESSOR shall have the same meaning as the termIntel Processor” in the New Patent Cross-License.
INTEL MICROPROCESSOR means a MICROPROCESSOR manufactured by or on behalf of Intel, including the following INTEL MICROPROCESSORS and their successors: Intel 8086, 80186, 80286, 80386, 80486; Pentium®; Pentium® Pro; Pentium® II; Pentium® III; Pentium® 4; Pentium® M; Itanium®; and Itanium2®. For avoidance of doubt, any MICROPROCESSOR that meets such definition shall be an INTEL MICROPROCESSOR regardless of how it is designed, assembled, sold, or distributed.
INTEL MICROPROCESSOR means a Microprocessor manufactured by or on behalf of Intel, including the following Intel Microprocessors and their successors: Intel 8086, 80186, 80286, 80386, 80486; Pentium®; Pentium Pro; Pentium® II; Pentium® III; Pentium® 4; Pentium® M; Itanium®; Itanium2®. For the avoidance of doubt, any Microprocessor that meets such definition shall be an Intel Microprocessor regardless of how it is designed, assembled, sold, or distributed.

  • Non-Microsoft Product means any third-party-branded software, data, service, website or product, unless incorporated by Microsoft in a Product.

  • Technology means all the software, prototypes, devices, drawings, specifications, lab notebooks, manuals, databases, equipment, files, technical memoranda, invention disclosures, patent application files, research studies, testing data, plans, files, formulas, computer programs, data and information, quality control records and procedures, research and development files containing, embodying or revealing the trade secrets, confidential information, and know-how that constitute Intellectual Property.

  • Siemens means Siemens AG (Germany) and its Affiliates.

  • Customer Technology means Customer's proprietary technology, including Customer's Internet operations design, content, software tools, hardware designs, algorithms, software (in source and object forms), user interface designs, architecture, class libraries, objects and documentation (both printed and electronic), know-how, trade secrets and any related intellectual property rights throughout the world (whether owned by Customer or licensed to Customer from a third party) and also including any derivatives, improvements, enhancements or extensions of Customer Technology conceived, reduced to practice, or developed during the term of this Agreement by Customer.

  • Bioassay means the determination of kinds, quantities or concentrations, and, in some cases, the locations of radioactive material in the human body, whether by direct measurement, in vivo counting, or by analysis and evaluation of materials excreted or removed from the human body. For purposes of these regulations, "radiobioassay" is an equivalent term.
