Intel Content definition

Intel Content means Documentation, Content and other information that is part of, relating to or generated by the Service Offerings.

  • Upon the Termination Date, (i) all Your rights under this Agreement immediately terminate; (ii) You will immediately return or, if instructed by us, destroy all Intel Content in Your possession.

  • Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Intel grants to You a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non- transferrable license to: (a) access and use the Service Offerings solely in accordance with this Agreement; and (b) use any Intel Content solely in connection with Your permitted use of the Services Offerings.

  • Title to the Service, Intel Content, Third Party Content and the intellectual property rights therein remain with Intel or its suppliers or licensors.

  • Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Intel grants to You a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non- transferrable license to: (a) access and use the Service Offerings solely in accordance with this Agreement; and (b) use any Intel Content solely in connection with Your permitted use of the Services Offerings and/or for the purpose of internal demonstration, evaluation, testing, validation or development of your Intel-based products.

  • In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and any separate license agreement, the separate license agreement will prevail with respect to the Intel Content or Third-Party Content that is the subject of such separate license agreement.

Related to Intel Content

  • Customer Content means any content that is uploaded onto the Services by Customer or otherwise used on or in connection with the Software.

  • digital content means data which are produced and supplied in digital form;

  • Licensed Content means those articles or other parts of a Licensed Title which form part of the content licensed in accordance with the Order (including all content published during the Subscription Period or other period specified in the Order to which access and use rights are granted under this Licence, and including all Previously Subscribed Material).

  • Third Party Content means all software, data, text, images, audio, video, photographs and other content and material, in any format, that are obtained or derived from third party sources outside of Oracle that You may access through, within, or in conjunction with Your use of, the Services. Examples of Third Party Content include data feeds from social network services, rss feeds from blog posts, Oracle data marketplaces and libraries, dictionaries, and marketing data. Third Party Content includes third-party sourced materials accessed or obtained by Your use of the Services or any Oracle-provided tools.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).
