Integration Specifications means the systems integration specifications developed by Incyte in cooperation with CUSTOMER, and as the same may be hereafter supplemented or modified in writing by the parties, on which Incyte will rely in modifying, adapting or otherwise altering the LifeArray(TM) Product(s) for installation and implementation at the Installation Site(s).
