Integration Partner definition

Integration Partner means any third party that produces security software that has been licensed by Customer and is used in conjunction with the Expel Services.
Integration Partner is a type of Build Partner with its own solution that needs to integrate with one or more Ellucian Software products for the benefit of Ellucian clients.
Integration Partner or “you” shall mean the company or legal entity for which you are accepting this Agreement.
