Integration Module(s) definition

Integration Module(s) means any Identity Manager (“IDM”) integration module or collection of IDM drivers available on NetIQ’s published price list (including third party integration modules on NetIQ’s price list but excluding drivers provided through NetIQ consulting services), regardless of whether purchased directly or indirectly from NetIQ.
Integration Module(s) means those modules of the VinSolutions System as set forth in Exhibit A, which Provider may select on the applicable Participation Form to be integrated with the Provider Integration.
Integration Module(s) means those modules of the Dealertrack System as set forth in Exhibit A, which Provider may select on the applicable Participation Form to be integrated with the Provider Integration.

  • This license provides the right to collect and process Events from Devices corresponding to licensed Novell Identity Manager Integration Modules, excluding the Mainframe and Midrange Integration Modules.

  • This license provides the right to collect and process Events from Devices corresponding to licensed Identity Manager Integration Modules excluding the Mainframe and Midrange Integration Modules.

  • This license provides the right to collect and process Events from Devices corresponding to licensed Identity Manager Integration Modules from Licensor, excluding the Licensor’s Mainframe and Midrange Integration Modules.

  • The Compliance Management Platform License is limited, however, and will be deemed to have been exceeded if: 1) used to analyze activity for a greater number of Users, Managed Identities, or FTES than were purchased and/or 2) if the Sentinel deployment is used to collect and process Events for purposes other than the Identity Tracking and/or 3) to collect Events from any Device not corresponding to licensed Identity Manager Integration Modules from Licensor.

  • When deploying or using the APIs or Integration Modules, Customer may not (and may not allow anyone else to) do any of the following obligations under Section 1 .

  • Specialized Integration Modules are sold and licensed separately for use with the Engine.

Related to Integration Module(s)

  • Integration as defined in ORS 427.005 means:

  • Modules means the Base Modules and Extended Modules.
