Integration Manager definition

Integration Manager means a tool that allows interaction between different Software;
Integration Manager means the Key Individual identified by such title in Appendix 26A [Key Individuals] of Schedule 26 [Representatives and Key Individuals], or such replacement as may be designated by Project Co pursuant to Section 3.2 [Change of Key Individual or Job Specifications or Responsibilities] of Schedule 26 [Representatives and Key Individuals].
