Integration Help Desk definition
Integration Help Desk means the help desk facility to be made available by the SI Provider for testing and issue resolution purposes as further described in the E2E Integration Plan and SI Requirements Document. Integration Memorandum of Understanding means a non-binding document to be prepared in accordance with the E2E Integration Plan and approved by the Authority which will set out ways in which each Central Service Provider, the CSS Provider and the SI Provider will work together to support systems and service integration testing required by the E2E Integration Plan.
