For so long as the Keeyask Generating Station is operational, it will be controlled, operated and dispatched by Hydro as a component of the Integrated Power System and Hydro will have, and the Limited Partnership will agree and will grant to Hydro, the right and authority to do such things as may be necessary or desirable in order to control, operate and dispatch the Keeyask Generating Station as a component of the Integrated Power System.
Notwithstanding anything else in the Partnership Agreement, or any provision or principle of law to the contrary, Hydro shall at all times act in the best interest of the Integrated Power System and shall not be liable for having so acted.
