Integrated operation definition

Integrated operation means commissioning of all the major equipment and main operating units in their proper sequence and a minimum production level of 60% or as agreed with UADNL, of the targeted plant capacity continuously for a period of two weeks in terms of the following products:

  • Designated operational area means a geographic area designated by the combatant commander or subordinate joint force commander for the conduct or support of specified military operations.

For electrical utilities subject to the jurisdiction of the South Carolina Public Service Commission, this definition must be interpreted in a manner consistent with the integrated resource planning requirements pursuant to Section 58‑37‑40 and any process adopted by the commission. For electric cooperatives subject to the regulations of the Rural Electrification AdministrationUtilities Service, this definition must be interpreted in a manner consistent with any integrated resource planning process prescribed by Rural Electrification Administration Utilities Service regulations.
