Integrated Network definition

Integrated Network means the segment of the Federal Columbia River Transmission System for which the transmission facilities provide the bulk of transmission of electric power within the Pacific Northwest. The Integrated Network Segment is further described in the 2002 Final Rate Proposal Segmentation Study, TR-02-FS-BPA-02, pages 3-4.

Controls would include a firewall between any other networks, access control lists on networking devices such as routers and switches, and other such mechanisms which protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the Data.

  • Integrated Software refers to any software or programmable code that is embedded or integrated in a Hardware Device and enables the functionality of the Hardware Device. Integrated Software does not include and You do not have rights to (a) code or functionality for diagnostic, maintenance, repair or technical support services; or (b) separately licensed applications, development tools, or system management software or other code that is separately licensed by us or a third party. You have the limited, non-exclusive right to use Integrated Software delivered with a Hardware Device (and any updates acquired through our technical support services) only as incorporated in, and as part of, the Hardware Device and subject to any terms delivered with or on the Hardware Device and/or in the applicable documentation.
