Integrated Facility or “Integrated Facilities” mean those portions of Licensee’s Facilities which are integrated into the City Facilities and are required for the continuing functioning of City Facilities as determined by the Director in his or her sole discretion. Integrated Facilities include those facilities constructed in the future by Licensee in connection with Licensee’s Facility.
