Integrated Facility definition

Integrated Facility or “Integrated Facilities” mean those portions of Licensee’s Facilities which are integrated into the City Facilities and are required for the continuing functioning of City Facilities as determined by the Director in his or her sole discretion. Integrated Facilities include those facilities constructed in the future by Licensee in connection with Licensee’s Facility.
Integrated Facility means the integrated aviation fueling facility to be constructed and developed at the Integrated Facility Site, by modifying and upgrading the Existing Facilities, adding additional capacity and developing new facilities.
Integrated Facility means a facility licensed in accordance with § 68-7-105 for a vertically integrated enterprise to cultivate, prepare, manufacture, process, package, transport, supply, store, sell, and deliver cannabis, a clinical cannabis product, or a clinical cannabis device to a clinical cannabis center, integrated facility, or processing facility;

Integrated Facility means a facility where manufacturing of a product at a single physical location includes electroplating as only one of several operations and produces significant quanti- ties of process wastewater from nonelectroplating manufacturing operations and in which one or more plant electroplating process wastewater lines are combined prior to or at the point of treatment (or proposed treatment) with one or more plant sewers carrying nonelectroplating process wastewater.
