In the event that one or more of the Ceding Company ceases writing new and renewal business and is insolvent or is otherwise subject to liquidation or receivership proceedings (an “Impaired Company”), Integon National shall absorb or assume in full the net retained portion of the combined “Net Liability”, which would otherwise be the responsibility of the Impaired Company.
