insufficient time definition

insufficient time means where the NEC, in its opinion, determines that there is insufficient time for a full local selection process, or some other selection process defined by the NEC under its general powers, to take place.

Related to insufficient time

  • Payment Time means the time when a Stock Retainer is payable to a Participant pursuant to Paragraph 5 hereof (without regard to the effect of any Deferral Election).

  • Deficient Loss means the determination by a court in a bankruptcy proceeding that the value of the collateral is less than the amount of the loan in which case the loss will be the difference between the then unpaid principal balance (or the NPV of a modified loan that defaults) and the value of the collateral so established.

  • Settlement Time means any time within two Business Days immediately following the Creation Order Date or the Redemption Order Date, as applicable.

  • Insufficiency means, with respect to any Plan, the amount, if any, of its unfunded benefit liabilities, as defined in Section 4001(a)(18) of ERISA.

  • Part-time means regularly working less than the number of full time hours set by the Employer as a regular work day for Employees in an Eligible Class of Employees in the Policy.
