Insufficient Resources. Where the Agent or the Company is of the reasonable opinion that the Buyer has failed to provide sufficient personnel or Demolition Equipment to perform the Demolition Workproperly, the Company or the Agent shall be entitled (but not obliged) to serve notice on the Buyer to that effect. The Buyer shall provide additional personnel and Demolition Equipment as may be necessary to perform the Demolition Work to the satisfaction of the Agent and the Company at no extra cost to the Company.
