Items that are returned unpaid because of insufficient available funds will be subject to an Insufficient Funds Charge.
This means that if an item is returned unpaid, my account may be charged an Insufficient Funds Charge and if the same item is represented and cannot be paid, my account will be subject to another Insufficient Funds Charge for the same item.
