Insubordinate definition

Insubordinate means disrespectful and/or failing to comply with the lawful directions of any school personnel. Examples of insubordinate conduct include but are not limited to:
Insubordinate means not following the directions of teachers, administrators and other building personnel.
Insubordinate means an intentional defiance of authority.

  • Insubordination means the willful disregard of a supervisor's instructions or the refusal to obey a lawful order from a supervisor. Insubordination does not mean the refusal to follow an order from a supervisor that would violate Federal or state law; Federal regulations; state rules; or a court order.

  • Malfeasance means with respect to any Entity or person, any act or omission which constitutes fraud, bad faith, willful misconduct or gross negligence, whether in respect of the Council or otherwise.

  • Intentional for purposes of this Agreement, no act or failure to act on the part of the Executive shall be deemed to have been intentional if it was due primarily to an error in judgment or negligence.   • Intoxicant means any alcohol beverage, hazardous inhal- ant, controlled substance, controlled substance analog or other drug, or any combination thereof.
