Instructional faculty members shall have the right to refuse non-instructional extra duty assignments which are in excess of normal professional responsibilities and extend beyond the normal work day or work year.
Instructional faculty shall schedule a minimum of twenty-five (25) hours each week, which shall consist solely of classroom contact, student advising and office hours.
