Institutional Performance Indicators definition

Institutional Performance Indicators means the agreed Performance Indicators set forth in a letter of even date herewith to be utilized by the Guarantor to measure the progress in the carrying out of Parts C, D and E of the Project and the degree to which the objectives thereof are being achieved.
