Institutional Grant definition

Institutional Grant means any grant under Part 4.1(iii) of the Project made available to an Eligible Institution in accordance with Section I.C of Schedule 2 to this Agreement and in accordance with the provisions of the Project Operations Manual, part of which will be paid directly to LGED in accordance with the LGED Partnership Agreement.
