Institutional Facilities definition

Institutional Facilities. As used herein, "Institutional Facilities" shall mean the County’s juvenile detention and treatment facilities, presently YGC, Joplin, Juvenile Hall, and YLA.
Institutional Facilities means City Hall, public libraries, police stations (not including incarceration facilities), fire stations, and City owned buildings; provided however that the term shall not include buildings or sites owned by City that are not used for administrative purposes or by the public, or those buildings owned by the City but leased to third parties at which government administrative employees are not regularly stationed.
Institutional Facilities means a hospital, nursing home, hotel, or school;

Institutional Facilities means buildings used by the public for administrative, educational, medical, religious or social purposes and includes, but is not limited to, schools, churchs, hospitals, town halls, legions;

  • Recreational Facilities – shall mean the properties and areas owned by the District intended for recreational use, including but limited to, the Pool, Playground, and Dog Park together with its appurtenant facilities and areas.
