Institutional Development Plans definition
Institutional Development Plans means, collectively, the Corporate Structuring and Human Resources Development Plan, the Private Sector Participation Action Plan, the Sector and Asset Integration Plan, and the Tariff and Regulatory Reform Plan;
Institutional Development Plans means the plans, one for each of the Project States, prepared by SSA and SESA as set forth in Sections 3.07 (d) and 3.13 of the Guarantee Agreement;
