Institutional Client Account definition

Institutional Client Account means any account with GMI or a custodian or other account-holding institution appointed by GMI for such purpose either in the form of an omnibus account maintained for the clients of GMI or an individual account in the name of the Institutional Client as agreed between the Parties and, in the absence of agreement, as selected by GMI;
