Institution Documents definition

Institution Documents means this Loan Agreement and the other documents to which the Institution is a party as set forth in Schedule E hereto.
Institution Documents means collectively, the Agreement, the Series K Continuing Disclosure Agreement, the Series K Hazardous Substance Agreement, the Series K Letter of Representation and Indemnification, the Series K Note and the Series K Tax Regulatory Agreement.
Institution Documents means this Bond Purchase Agreement, the Mortgage, the ADA Environmental Indemnity Agreement, the Security Agreement, the Letter of Representations, and the Tax Compliance Agreement, as each may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified, from time to time.
