  • During the Employment Period, Executive shall be eligible to participate in the Instinet 2000 Stock Option Plan (as the same may be amended and in effect from time to time, the "2000 Option Plan") and any subsequent stock option plan maintained by the Company for its senior executives, subject to the review and approval of the Compensation Committee.
