Instant Pay definition

Instant Pay means the arrangement whereby the“Buyer” pays the “Seller” bank account by close of business on the “Purchase Day” and emails a copy of the electronic fund transfer (EFT) to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇.

  • You must have a valid and active debit card issued in your name to use Instant Pay.

  • We reserve the right to block access to Instant Pay at any time for any reason, including for improper use of our Platform, account investigation, deactivation, or further review of Deliveries completed.

Related to Instant Pay

  • Reduced leave schedule means a leave schedule that reduces the usual number of hours per workweek, or hours per workday, of an employee.

  • Sequential Order means (a) first, to the reduction of the Note Principal Balance of each of A Note, on a Pro Rata and Pari Passu Basis, until the Note Principal Balance of each such Note is reduced to zero; and (b) second, to the reduction of the Note Principal Balance of each B Note, until the Note Principal Balance of each such Note is reduced to zero.
