Instant Approval definition
Instant Approval has the meaning set forth in Schedule 3.1.
Instant Approval means an expedited process for an Applicant to be approved, with such approval being solely determined by Bank, for a Co-Branded Card Account, within a brief period of time in accordance with and as described in the SLAs, following receipt of all the required Co-Branded Card Application information, coupled with the ability to make purchases immediately thereafter.
Examples of Instant Approval in a sentence
For 180 days following termination or expiration of this Agreement, each Amazon Party and Affirm will continue to take any actions necessary to review and process Program Applications submitted prior to the termination or expiration of this Agreement, including those Program Applications in respect of which Affirm has sent an Instant Approval to the applicant.
