Installment Obligations definition

Installment Obligations means obligations of any Group Member to make installment payments in connection with the installment sale transaction structure marketed under the name Asset Advantage™, WealthBuilder® or Compbuilder® or any other similar transaction structure, and any Guaranty Obligations in respect thereof.

Related to Installment Obligations

  • Settlement Obligations means, in the case of the Buyer, its obligations under clauses 2.5(1) and 5.1(1) and, in the case of the Seller, its obligations under clauses 5.1(1), 5.3(1)(a) – (e) and 5.5;

  • Investment Obligations means and include, except as otherwise provided in the Supplemental Indenture providing for the authorization of Bonds, any of the following securities, if and to the extent that such securities are legal investments for funds of the Issuer;

  • Payment Obligation means the Principal Amount of the District Note and, if the District Note is a Defaulted Note interest thereon at the Default Rate, until such amounts are paid in full.

  • L/C Reimbursement Obligation means, for any Letter of Credit, the obligation of the Borrower to the L/C Issuer thereof, as and when matured, to pay all amounts drawn under such Letter of Credit.

  • Swap Agreement Obligations means any and all obligations of the Loan Parties and their Subsidiaries, whether absolute or contingent and howsoever and whensoever created, arising, evidenced or acquired (including all renewals, extensions and modifications thereof and substitutions therefor), under (a) any Swap Agreement permitted hereunder with a Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender, and (b) any cancellations, buy backs, reversals, terminations or assignments of any Swap Agreement transaction permitted hereunder with a Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender.
