Installed Measures definition

Installed Measures means the installation of energy efficient equipment or other energy efficient retrofits made to the Site, which may include, heating, ventilation and air conditioning replacements, insulation, air sealing, water heating, windows, large appliances, lighting fixtures, and behavioral and operational measures designed to reduce energy consumption.
