Installation Support definition

Installation Support means either:
Installation Support means either: (a) where the Terminal is supplied via a courier, remote support via web and/or telephone communication as applicable in the circumstances; or (b) where so communicated by us to you, installation by a third party upon appointment and in accordance with the additional costs, terms and conditions as notified by us to you.
Installation Support refers to all the technical support necessary for the proper and successful installation of the Modified System, which also includes the training of the LICENSEE'S employees as described in Appendix 1.1.f;

  • In the event of a defect of the Software, YOU are only entitled to claim supplementary performance and delivery of the Software free of defects, pursuant to Section 4 (Installation, Support and Updates), above.

  • The undersigned does hereby forever release, acquit, and discharge MWR, Installation Support at Richmond, and the United States Government from any and all cause or causes of action.
