Installation Software means the computer programs (in object code form) used to program and set-up the BPS System, as the same may be updated and enhanced by HESA.

  • Except as otherwise specifically agreed by Rockford and ACI, Installation Accessories shall be exclusive and all other Products, including Installation Tools, Promotional Materials, and Installation Software, shall be non-exclusive.

  • MIS Meter Installation Software Software that captures the details of the installation including meter serial #, transmitter identification #, account information of where the equipment was installed.

  • The termination of this Agreement shall not affect any sublicenses to use the Installation Software that have been granted to End-Users in connection with sales of BPS Systems prior to the date of such termination.
