Installation Programme definition

Installation Programme means the programme for the installation of the System at the Healthcare Premises contained in Schedule 2 of the Concession Agreement (The Installation Programme) as amended from time to time;
Installation Programme has the meaning given to it in Paragraph 1.2(b) of Annex E (Relevant Operator Equipment) of Appendix D (Design Plan) of Schedule 1 (Set Specification and Design);

  • The 10% will continue to be retained for each phase, until all incomplete Out-Station Sites have been installed and successfully Commissioned in line with the Equipment Installation Programme.

Related to Installation Programme

  • Installation Work means the construction and installation of the System and the Start-up, testing and acceptance (but not the operation and maintenance) thereof; all performed by or for the Power Producer at the Premises.

  • Installation Works means, as the context so requires,

  • Installation Services means all those services ancillary to the supply of the Plant for the Facilities, to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract, such as transportation and provision of marine or other similar insurance, inspection, expediting, site preparation works (including the provision and use of Contractor's Equipment and the supply of all construction materials required), installation, testing, pre- commissioning, commissioning, operations, maintenance, the provision of operations and maintenance manuals, training, etc…as the case may require.

  • Installation Site means the site at which the Product is originally installed.

  • Installation means that the System or a Subsystem as specified in the Contract is ready for Commissioning as provided in GCC Clause 26 (Installation).
