Installation Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 4.10(iv).
Installation Plans. The materials that User must submit to GoldenState prior to performing any Work, which will consist of: (i) final construction or installation plans for any Equipment modification or addition or Site repair; (ii) a schedule of performance of the Work; (iii) the name and contact information of the contractor who will perform the Work; (iv) a copy of all insurance policies required under this MSA; (v) a copy of any and all permits required by law in connection with the Work; and (vi) such other documents as reasonably may be requested by GoldenState.
Installation Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 4.10(iv). “XXX” means an “individual retirement account” or similar account created by a trust for the exclusive benefit of any individual or his beneficiaries in accordance with the provisions of Sections 408 or 408A of the Code. “IRS” means the Internal Revenue Service. “Item” means drafts, including checks and negotiable orders of withdrawal and items of a like kind which are drawn on or deposited and credited to the Deposit accounts. “Leased Real Property” means Real Property leased by Seller and used for Branches. “Leave Recipient” has the meaning set forth in Section 8.7(a)(ii). “Loss” means the amount of losses, liabilities, damages and reasonable expenses actually incurred by the indemnified party or its Affiliates in connection with the matters described in Section 11.1, less the amount of the economic benefit (if any) to the indemnified party or its Affiliates obtained or to be obtained in connection with any such damage, loss, liability or expense (including net Tax benefits obtainable under applicable law, amounts recovered under insurance policies net of deductibles, recovery by setoffs or counterclaims, and other economic benefits). “Material Adverse Effect” means (a) with respect to Seller, a material adverse effect on (i) the business or results of operations or financial condition of the Branches, the Assets and the Assumed Liabilities, taken as a whole (excluding any effect to the extent arising out of or resulting from (A) changes, after the date hereof, in GAAP or regulatory accounting requirements applicable to banks or savings associations or their holding companies generally, (B) changes, after the date hereof, in laws, rules or regulations of general applicability or interpretations thereof by courts or governmental agencies or authorities, (C) changes, after the date hereof, in global, national or regional political conditions or in general U.S. national or regional or global economic or market conditions affecting banks or their holding companies generally (including changes in interest or exchange rates or in credit availability and liquidity), (D) execution, announcement or consummation of this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby, including the impact thereof on customers, suppliers, licensors, employees and others having business relationships with the Branches, (E) the commencement, occurrence, continuation or intensification of any war, sabotage, armed hostilities or acts of...

  • Infrastructure Improvements means a street, road, sidewalk, parking facility, pedestrian mall, alley, bridge, sewer, sewage treatment plant, property designed to reduce, eliminate, or prevent the spread of identified soil or groundwater contamination, drainage system, waterway, waterline, water storage facility, rail line, utility line or pipeline, transit-oriented development, transit-oriented property, or other similar or related structure or improvement, together with necessary easements for the structure or improvement, owned or used by a public agency or functionally connected to similar or supporting property owned or used by a public agency, or designed and dedicated to use by, for the benefit of, or for the protection of the health, welfare, or safety of the public generally, whether or not used by a single business entity, provided that any road, street, or bridge shall be continuously open to public access and that other property shall be located in public easements or rights-of-way and sized to accommodate reasonably foreseeable development of eligible property in adjoining areas. Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Communications Equipment means the communications equipment of the Licensee and its affiliates, including, without limitation, cabinets, racks, electronic equipment and other similar equipment.

  • Additional Equipment means any equipment you might purchase from a supplier other than us(whether or not this supplier is recommended by us).

  • Telecommunications Equipment means equipment, other than Customer Premises Equipment, used by a Carrier to provide Telecommunications Services, and include software integral to such equipment, including upgrades.

  • Installed means attached or connected such that an item requires tools for removal.

  • Load Control Equipment means the equipment (which may include, but is not limited to, ripple receivers and relays) that is from time to time installed in, over or on Consumer’s Premises for the purpose of receiving signals sent by Load Signalling Equipment and switching on and off, or otherwise controlling, controllable load;

  • Standard equipment means the basic configuration of a vehicle which is equipped with all the features that are required under the regulatory acts of the Contracting Party including all features that are fitted without giving rise to any further specifications on configuration or equipment level.

  • Project Implementation Plan means the detail plan submitted by the Developer with regard to development of Project Facilities and its operation and management thereof in accordance with this Agreement and to be appended as Schedule 9 to this Agreement.

  • Installation Charges means those Charges set out in the Order in relation to installation of the Service and/or any Purchased Equipment, Customer Equipment and/or BT Equipment as applicable.

  • Contractor Equipment means all appliances and things of whatsoever nature (other than temporary works) required for execution and completion of works and remedying of any defects, therein. But does not include plant, materials or other things intended to form or forming part of the permanent works.
