Installation Plan definition

Installation Plan is defined in Section 2.1.3.
Installation Plan means the time schedule set out in Time Table Annex III
Installation Plan means the mutually agreed upon series of milestones that must be accomplished and the target dates for such milestones. A sample installation plan is set forth in Exhibit F. A custom installation plan shall be developed for each Customer Facility within two weeks, or as mutually agreed upon, of the execution of an appropriate Order Addendum and each such custom installation plan shall be incorporated into the appropriate Order Addendum.

  • Any Functional Requirements described in the Installation Plan, Solution Order, or Services Order shall be incorporated herein.

  • In accordance with the Installation Plan and the requirements for the Acceptance Testing Plan, all Equipment shall be inspected as follows: (i) following arrival of the initial deliveries at the central warehouse designated by State and (ii) for the same deliveries, when forwarded to the State Site (or any subsequent delivery made directly to the State Site(s)).

More Definitions of Installation Plan

Installation Plan means the plan which We will produce to explain what is going to happen, any health and safety issues that You need to be aware of, advise You about any preparations that You may need to make (such as moving furniture or valuables or clearing space), the arrangements for access to Your property by the installation team, any special instructions to protect Your children or pets and what We will be doing with waste and materials that We need to take away
Installation Plan means the installation plan attached as Exhibit C.
Installation Plan has the meaning given in clause 3.7(a)(i).
Installation Plan means the document to be read together with this Agreement indicating how and where the Infrastructure and Telecommunication Equipment will be installed at the MDU.

Related to Installation Plan

  • Installation Works means, as the context so requires,

  • Installation Services means all those services ancillary to the supply of the Plant and Equipment for the Facilities, to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract; e.g., transportation and provision of marine or other similar insurance, inspection, expediting, site preparation works (including the provision and use of Contractor’s Equipment and the supply of all construction materials required), installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, operations, maintenance, the provision of operations and maintenance manuals, training, etc.

  • Installation Site means the site at which the Product is originally installed.

  • Installation Work means the construction and installation of the System and the Start-up, testing and acceptance (but not the operation and maintenance) thereof; all performed by or for the Power Producer at the Premises.

  • Improvement Plan means the plan required by the Authority from the Supplier which shall detail how the Supplier will improve the provision of the Goods and/or Services pursuant to Clause 29.1.1 (Authority Remedies);

  • Installation Date means the date specified in the Statement of Work by which the Contractor must have the ordered Equipment ready (certified) for use by the State.

  • Installations means all property of any kind paid for by Landlord, all Alterations, all fixtures, and all partitions, hardware, built-in machinery, built-in casework and cabinets and other similar additions, equipment, property and improvements built into the Premises so as to become an integral part of the Premises, including, without limitation, fume hoods which penetrate the roof or plenum area, built-in cold rooms, built-in warm rooms, walk-in cold rooms, walk-in warm rooms, deionized water systems, glass washing equipment, autoclaves, chillers, built-in plumbing, electrical and mechanical equipment and systems, and any power generator and transfer switch.

  • Installation means that the System or a Subsystem as specified in the Contract is ready for Commissioning as provided in GCC Clause 26 (Installation).

  • Electrical equipment means underground equipment that contains dielectric fluid that is necessary for the operation of equipment such as transformers and buried electrical cable.

  • Construction Plant means appliances, machinery with necessary supply to up keep and maintenance of the works or temporary works but dose not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.

  • Installed means attached or connected such that an item requires tools for removal.

  • Construction Plans means plans, drawings, specifications and related documents, and construction schedules for the construction of the Project, together with all supplements, amendments or corrections, submitted by the Developer and approved by the City in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Telecommunications Equipment means equipment, other than Customer Premises Equipment, used by a Carrier to provide Telecommunications Services, and include software integral to such equipment, including upgrades.

  • Systems and Equipment means any plant, machinery, transformers, duct work, cable, wires, and other equipment, facilities, and systems designed to supply heat, ventilation, air conditioning and humidity or any other services or utilities, or comprising or serving as any component or portion of the electrical, gas, steam, plumbing, sprinkler, communications, alarm, security, or fire/life/safety systems or equipment, or any other mechanical, electrical, electronic, computer or other systems or equipment for the Property.

  • Project Implementation Plan means the detail plan submitted by the Developer with regard to development of Project Facilities and its operation and management thereof in accordance with this Agreement and to be appended as Schedule 9 to this Agreement.

  • water installation means the pipes and water fittings which are situated on any premises and ownership thereof vests in the owner thereof and used or intended to be used in connection with the use of water on such premises, and includes a pipe and water fitting situated outside the boundary of the premises, which either connects to the connection pipe relating to such premises or is otherwise laid with the permission of the municipality;

  • Stationary Play Equipment means equipment such as a climber, slide, swing, merry-go-round, or spring rocker that is meant to stay in one location when a child uses it. Stationary play equipment does not include:

  • Type 1 Installation means any Technical Installation upon which all SW deployed is licensed for Use with, and is running on, such TPD;

  • Military installation means: a base, camp, post, station, yard, center, homeport facility for any ship, or other activity under the jurisdiction of the Department of Defense, including any leased facility, which is located within any of the several States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, the Northern Marianas Islands and any other U.S. Territory. Such term does not include any facility used primarily for civil works, rivers and harbors projects, or flood control projects.

  • drainage installation means a system situated on any premises and vested in the owner thereof and is used for or intended to be used for or in connection with the reception, storage, treatment or conveyance of sewage on that premises to the connecting point and includes drains, fittings, appliances, septic tanks, conservancy tanks, pit latrines and private pumping installations forming part of or ancillary to such systems;

  • meter installation means the meter and, if so equipped, the instrument transformers, wiring, test links, fuses, lamps, loss of potential alarms, meters, data recorders, telecommunication equipment and spin-off data facilities installed to measure power past a meter point, provide remote access to the metered data and monitor the condition of the installed equipment;

  • New installation means an installation, construction of which began after the effective date of any regulation having application to it.

  • Infrastructure improvement means permanent infrastructure that is essential for the public health and safety or that:

  • Type 3 Installation means any Technical Installation upon which none of the SW, or only a portion of the SW, deployed is licensed for Use with such TPD, and therefore a TPD is not deployed or running.

  • Constructional Plan means all appliances or things of whatsoever nature required for the execution, completion or maintenance of the works or temporary works (as hereinafter defined) but does not include materials or other things intended to form or forming part of the permanent work.
