Upon completion of the Installation Phase, the Service is declared operational and the Customer agrees to pay the established rate of the Term of this SLA.
The Installation Phase is completed once the equipment is installed at the Customer’s premises, and the Services have been successfully tested, giving Customer a Network Box Office Username and Password.
The SP provides support to Customers throughout a “life cycle”, which consists of the following three phases: Consultation Phase, Installation Phase and Operational Phase.
The Design Phase shall commence upon execution of this Agreement and, if the design is accepted in accordance with this Agreement, shall be followed by the Fabrication and Installation Phase.

The term of the Maintenance Phase of the PROJECT shall commence on the date the COUNTY provides certification of completion of the Installation Phase in accordance with Section 7.E. of this Agreement and shall continue for a period of ten (10) years from that date.
The COUNTY shall furnish the services with which to undertake and complete the PROJECT, which shall consist of both an i) Installation Phase and ii) Maintenance Phase, said services being further described in Exhibit “A” to this Agreement.
The Construction and Installation Phase will commence upon either the issuance by Owner of a written notice to proceed or the written agreement of the Parties fixing such commencement date.
The Parties will work together to perform the following tasks during the Endpoint Installation Phase.
