Installation Identifier a unique identifier for each installation of Your App or a Scandit App. Malicious Code: software, agent, code, script, file or program intended to disrupt or damage a computer system, including for example, software viruses, Trojan horses, worms and time bombs, excluding license enforcement mechanisms designed to disable the Services or the Software in the event of termination of the Agreement or an associated Order Form or the suspension of access to the Software and Services in accordance with Section 4.13. Order Form: an order form entered into between You and Us manually or by confirming Your order on Our website, detailing the Software or Services you have ordered and are to be provided hereunder and the fees You will pay and any additional terms.
