Installation Device definition

Installation Device means the server(s) or other device(s) (whether explicitly identified in an Order or not) on which the Licensed Products are authorised to be installed and used under an Agreement;
Installation Device means the server(s) or other device(s) on which the Licensed Products are installed and used under the Agreement;
Installation Device means the single device of Licensee on which the Licensed Software is installed. As appropriate to the context, the term “Installation Device” also includes the mobile device on which a Mobile Application is installed for use by an Authorized User.

Examples of Installation Device in a sentence

  • The disaster recovery copy of the Licensed Products may only be used by the Licensee or End User if an Installation Device becomes inoperative and only on a back-up server or device with the same Operating Environment as the Installation Device(s).
