Installation certificate definition

Installation certificate means the certificate issued by a WT24/7 installer certifying that the product has been successfully installed in the vehicle.
Installation certificate means a certificate issued by or on behalf of Vicon confirming that the Goods and (if relevant) Computer Software and/or Third Party Software have been properly installed.

Installation certificate shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11.2 A 2.
