Insperity Partner definition

Insperity Partner means the entities and licensors other than Insperity Business Services, L.P. that provide the Insperity Partner Offerings that are integrated into our Bundled Service Packages.

  • For the purposes of this Decision, "place of origin" means the place where the SNE performed his duties for his employer at the time of his secondment.

  • You agree that our Insperity Partner providing our Payroll Cloud-Based Solution is a third party beneficiary of your representations, warranties and covenants under this Agreement to the extent related to the Payroll Cloud-Based Solution with full rights to enforce such rights against you.

  • Our obligation to provide any Insperity Partner Offering will terminate automatically, simultaneously in whole or in part, as applicable, upon termination of any third party agreement or license necessary to our provision of the Insperity Partner Offerings, unless we agree otherwise.

  • Staff member means a staff member as defined in section 1(1) of the Public Service Act, 1995 (Act No. 13 of 1995);
