In the absence of a separate Inspection unit, the Purchase Order when accompanied by the vendor's Delivery Receipt signed by staff of the Receiving/Storage area serves as a source document for receipt of stock.
Inspection Fee means a fee payable to Lender or Loan Servicer for performing any inspection required by this Agreement in an amount not to exceed $500.00 per inspection.
Inspection Period Shall have the meaning given to it in Section 4.1.
