Inspection Trigger Event definition

Inspection Trigger Event means either (a) the occurrence of an Event of Default or (b) Availability at any time is less than the greater of (i) $18,000,000 and (ii) 20.0% of the ABL Line Cap.
Inspection Trigger Event means either (a) an Event of Default occurs or (b) Availability at any time is less than the greater of (i) $18,000,000 and (ii) 20.0% of the Line Cap for a period of five (5) consecutive days.
