Inspection Protocol definition

Inspection Protocol means the procedures, as further discussed in Exhibit 11, for review and inspection by Toyota Dealers of the Subject Vehicles for the Rust Perforation Standard, pursuant to the terms of this Settlement Agreement.
Inspection Protocol means the protocol for inspecting properties for KPT Chinese Drywall attached as Exhibit C to the Knauf Class Settlement.
Inspection Protocol means the procedures for review and inspection by Toyota Dealers of the Subject Vehicles’ sliding doors pursuant to the terms of this Settlement Agreement.

  • The Health and Safety Executive Council, which includes YusApuY shall review the Inspection Protocol For New Buildings or Newly Renovated Areas Greater Than 5,000 Square Feet every two (2) years, and make recommendations for improvements in it, understanding that the Protocol affects not only YusApuY members but also other Employee groups and departments of the University.

  • Such Inspection Protocol shall include all substantial facts related to respective inspection, least of all the business names and registered offices of both Contracting Parties, name and address of each manufacturing plant in which the inspection was performed, number of this Contract, date of inspection execution, names of inspection attendees of the Buyer and the Seller and any essential matters of facts found during the inspection including identified deficiencies.

  • The Inspection Protocol is to be confirmed by signatures of both Contracting Parties’ representatives including the Seller’s representative responsible for the quality.

Related to Inspection Protocol

  • Inspection Report means the report delivered by the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the case may be, substantially in the form of Exhibit L hereto.

  • Protocol means, in respect of any category of object and associated rights to which this Convention applies, the Protocol in respect of that category of object and associated rights;
