INSPECTION ON-SITE definition
INSPECTION ON-SITE means the Construction Management Firm and the Prime Professional Services Contractor’s (Architect/Engineer’s) on-site examination of the Project Construction Phase work completed or in progress by the Trade Contractors to determine and verify to the Department of Technology, Management and Budget, State Facilities Administration, Design and Construction Division, Project Director that the quantity and quality of all Project work is in accordance with the design intent of the Prime Professional Services Contractor’s (Architect/Engineer’s) final design Contract Documents/architectural and/or engineering drawing and specification requirements.
