Inspection Discrepancy definition
Inspection Discrepancy means any item discovered during the Inspection and/or flight test that must be corrected or repaired in order for Seller to deliver the Aircraft to Purchaser at Closing in Delivery Condition, and as noted as a discrepancy in the Inspection Report.

Drawing, technical reference, or other discrepancies associated with this specification shall be reported using the Request for Specification Clarification form, during proposal, or the “Condition Found / Inspection Discrepancy Report” form (FIGURE A) during delivery order period of performance.
When Inspection Discrepancy Sheets are submitted to the Contractor by the City, all noted open repair items shall be completed within fourteen (14) days or at the next PMI, whichever occurs first unless repair item(s) are safety related, for which the vehicle shall not be permitted to re-enter service until completed.
