INSPECTION APPROVAL definition

INSPECTION APPROVAL. The CONTRACTOR will perform the work to the satisfaction of the Responsible CITY Official who shall have the right of inspection at all times, and whose approval and acceptance of the work shall be a condition precedent to payments by the CITY under this Contract.
